Extracorporeal Photopheresis is the treating of blood using ultraviolet light. ECP is used in Rotherham for the treatment of:
- Erythrodermic Cutaneous T cell Lymphoma (CTCL) (Sezary Syndrome)

What do we do?
We are one of the two most active units in the UK with a dedicated nursing team treating patients on a supra regional basis from referring teaching hospitals. Our department has an active research programme which contributes to a better understanding of Photopheresis therapy.
