Wear
clothes that work, two piece outfits, stretchy tops, tops that unbutton from
the bottom,
Wear
a cardigan to help cover up
Scarves
or muslins can are good for keeping things under wraps
Practice
feeding in front of a mirror at home-it’s amazing what you cant see
Find
a place to feed before your baby gets really hungry
Sit
out of the way, with your back to the room
Use
whoever is with you (or your pram) as a screen
Nip
back to the car for a quick feed
If
people make comments deal with it by totally ignoring them, calmly explain you
are doing the best for your baby, make a joke about the situation, tell the
manager of the store you are being hassled
The
more you feed out and about, the more confident you will become
Don’t
be surprised some people may not even notice
Remember
you’re doing this for the most important person in your life-your baby
