The Leisure Library is situated on Level D. Access is via the Staff Library and it is open to patients and staff.
What is the Leisure Library?
The library stocks a wide range of fiction and non-fiction books, as well as a variety of magazines. There is a collection of audio books in both cassette and CD format (cassette and CD players are available on request) as well as books for children and young adults. Reference books are also available and there is a collection of health information books covering a wide range of topics.
The library also provides a trolley service to some wards. These are run on Tuesday mornings by hospital volunteers.
Opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 9 am -5 pm

To register for membership please ask a member of library staff, who will create a registration card for you.
