Best Research for Best Health DH 2011
The objective of R&D Department at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is to work with our partners to develop and promote research activity in the interest of developing and evaluating interventions that are innovative and cost-effective for the benefit of the community and wider population. We are committed to innovation and to the promotion and conduct of research directed at meeting the current and future health needs of our patients and the community.
We support researchers to undertake high quality research, and provide research governance to ensure the interests of participants, researchers and the Trust are protected through adherence to the local and national regulatory frameworks.
We welcome enquiries from researchers, patients, members of the public and commercial companies who would like advice or further information about our research interests and activity.
Clinical Research Surveys for Staff and Patients
The Research and Development (R&D) Team have launched two new surveys to find out what colleagues, patients and their families think about clinical research.
There are two separate surveys - one for colleagues and another for the public. Both surveys take just 5-10 minutes to complete and will be available throughout September via Survey Monkey.
This information will be used by R&D to develop the future strategy for clinical research at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust.
